Why A Blog?

As a freshman in college, I would be lying if I said the possibility of the freshman 15 didn't feel like a huge storm cloud constantly hovering over my head. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and I have found that there are ways to eat healthy in college if you are willing to look for them (and get creative from time to time). As a kinesiology major,  I learn more and more about health and nutrition every day, and I get so excited/worked up about what I learn! I am always just dying to tell someone all about it. That being said, I don't want to drive my family and friends completely crazy, so I thought that starting a blog would be the ideal way to document my journey through the ups and downs of freshman year and share any tips I collect along the way!
